The day after Thanksgiving three years ago, at about one o'clock in the morning there was a pretty large accident in front of our condo complex. It was a pretty big crash so we my fiancee and I woke up instantly. I heard my neighbor Donna though ask if everyone was all right. Donna's heart is gigantic. She's a very sweet lady and we all adore her She is a nanny with a dopey dog named Buster as in Buster Douglas. He is a very excitable dog. Sweet and dumb, but excitable. His favorite toy in the whole world (and Donna spoils him so he has lots of them) is a laser pointer. Once Buster goes with the laser pointer he gets so motivated that he won't stop. That dog will drop dead before stopping. He looks for it even if it's not there anymore. Donna has to fake having the pointer in her pocket for him to mind her! So now you have a background on Donna and Buster, so back to the accident. Donna called 911 immediately while our other neighbors hopped the stone wall to see if anyone needed help. Both cars were pretty mangled but no one was seriously hurt. The emergency personnel didn't blare their sirens because of the time so they had their lights going and road flares. So what do you think those flashing lights look like to a very excited and dopey doggie? Lasers! He wouldn't go back to sleep and whirled his head around in circles. She finally brought him downstairs and left him there so she could go back to sleep!
